Lesson 2.1: Accents

Below are Pharr's notes concerning accents. The important takeaway is that all accents (acute, grave, and circumflex) are pronounced the same.

All the rules can be a little overwhelming to read through. Do not try to memorize them. Read through the rules once, and as you become familiar with the vocabulary and accent patterns, it would be helpful to refer to this section every so often until you know the rules.
